PreservingUS Partners with Astoria Park Apartments and Surrounding Community to Promote Self-Sufficiency

PreservingUS, Inc. was able to provide a HUD Service Coordinator to the Lawndale Heights Apartments. Through this grant funded position, the HUD Service Coordinator will be able to provide case management, referral services, assist residents with the application procedures, links residents to local service providers and provides training to residents and staff on issues related to aging in place and how to better serve the resident.
